Workshop on ‘Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace’ held in MCU, Internal Complaint Committee reconstituted

Bhopal, 3 November, 2020: ‘To give a safe environment to daughters, it is necessary that we teach and tell our sons. Parents should talk with their sons about their behaviour outside. Their attitude towards female colleagues and classmates should be the same as they have female members in their family,’ said Member of Juvenile Justice Board, Bhopal and advocate Smt Pratibha Pandey here today. She was addressing a workshop on ‘Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act 2013 in Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication. Smt Pandey said, the act is an outcome of discussion on Bhanwari Devi case of Rajasthan.
