‘Karmaveer Parisar’ to have its own building
Vice Chancellor Prof KG Suresh visits Khandwa campus of MCU
Bhopal, 01 November, 2020: Vice Chancellor of Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication, Prof KG Suresh visited Karmaveer Vidyapeeth Parisar at Khandwa. Prof Suresh inspected the proposed campus site and said the campus will soon have its own building.
Vice Chancellor Prof Suresh took the stock of activities in a meeting with teachers and other staff members. Here, remembering film singer Kishore Kumar, he said, a course on cinema studies will be introduced in the campus. The University will run this course only in Khandwa campus. A certificate programme on public health communication will also be introduced, in collaboration with UNICEF. Mentorship programme will be launched for students.
It was decided that senior teachers from Bhopal campus will visit the campus to teach students every week. Their classes will be conducted online at present. Registrar Prof Avinash Bajpai and campus in-charge Sandip Bhatt, teachers and employees were present there.
