Bhopal, 21st March, 2024: A special lecture was organized by the Women Development Cell of MCU on the topic, Empowering Women in Real Sense: Work-Life Balance. Renowned Professor, Researcher and Author, Dr. Nandini Laxmikanta gave tips to women employees on managing time, adopting productivity hacks, and creating a work schedule to equalize the see-saw of work-life balance. Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. K.G. Suresh highlighted the contributions of the women faculty and staff members of the university and said that only a woman has the strength to play both the roles with so much ease.
